Dr Marinos brings extensive experience from New South Wales, Queensland, and the United Kingdom, where his time treating a broad cross-section of patients gave him deep exposure to a wide array of ophthalmic conditions. Throughout his career, Dr Marinos’ ethos has always been to provide the highest quality individualised care to all his patients, without exception. He will always take the time to answer all of your questions and to discuss every treatment option with you before a decision is made.

Dr Marinos has maintained a strong commitment to medical education throughout his career, playing an active role in teaching and training junior doctors and ophthalmology trainees. During his tenure as Senior Corneal Fellow at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital, he delivered a series of lectures and led surgical wet-lab training sessions for ophthalmology trainees, focusing on corneal surgery. While working at Gold Coast University Hospital, he served as the lead ophthalmology lecturer for medical students at both Griffith University and Bond University.

In his free time outside ophthalmology, Emmanuel enjoys playing the acoustic guitar and violin, cooking, watching and playing basketball, travelling, and photography. He also has basic conversational proficiency in Greek.
